PayPal is not accepting my credit card number.
PayPal is an independent payments processor that we use to ensure all of your details are kept secure while purchasing over the internet. We do not have any control over how PayPal operates, and if they are refusing to accept your credit card we suggest you contact them direct on (02) 8223 9500 and also contact your credit card provider to make sure your card has not been cancelled.

No, this is part of the normal purchase process and is our software at work ensuring you can download your publication straight away.

I bought the wrong product, is there anything I can do?
It is your responsibility to ensure that all of the details on the purchase page are correct, including the product you wish to buy. As our products are electronic, it is impossible to return them.

I noticed there is a new edition of one of the products. I have an older version, is there anyway I can get the new one for a discounted price?
If you still have your original email with your download link, you can download the updated edition for free!

I am having problems printing the product, what's going wrong?
None of our products have any restrictions or internal settings that would prevent you from printing them, so any printing problems will be either with your computer, your printer, or your network. Try downloading the product again or printing the document in smaller sections (e.g pages 1-20, 20-40 etc) as some printers and networks struggle with large documents. Or, try downloading an updated version of Adobe Reader, free from www.adobe.com. If you are trying to print the product in your workplace, try a different printer, or call your IT department - some often have restrictions on the kinds of documents that can be printed.
